Leading operations and facilities management for 5MM sqft of Amazon-owned assets Leading & Managing - five Facility Managers (FM) Assistant Facility Managers (AFM), and Facility Coordinators (FC). Overseeing hiring support and career development for all. Remote-First Hybrid Workplace Project – Working closely with the GREF team, guided the pilot and rollout of the first workplace and real estate strategy to meet the needs of all remote-first hybrid functions, including new space design to support more efficient and effective workspaces for Legal, HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Corporate Headquarters, Security, R&D, and Engineering. Owned Hybrid Workplace Buildings - Five of my 13 managed buildings have been converted to varying levels of hybrid working space. My direct reports and I have been involved in the design and implementation of facility programming, including the post-launch feedback for continuous improvement. We are experiencing the space with an end-user lens, engaging with actual customers using the space, and documenting our findings in a digital feedback tool. Tapped by Amazon’s GREF team to lead the construction of 1.7MM sqft assets, two leased and one owned.| 20••••21 Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) – Work Order Management, HQ Inspections, Security Lock Down Response, Documentation and Change Management, Hard Surface Maintenance, and Building Outage Response to ensure consistency across Amazon’s entire Global Facilities program. Upskill workers – Created an instructional document detailing the beginning-to-end budget process. This comprehensive process instruction document (2 pages with 5-6 hyperlinks) guides our FMs by receiving our Amazon client assumptions, contacting relevant stakeholders, formatting the approved budget template, and content creation.
