Created and delivered an end to end Testing strategy for Barclays implementation of Finastra’s Loan IQ. Covering all testing phases from system integration through to migration, and User Acceptance (UAT), the testing included the core Loan IQ product, plus all interfaces to upstream and downstream systems. Initial implementation successfully delivered in line with testing and programme plan. Created and delivered testing and implementation plans across all work streams, including environment builds, migration, UAT and operational acceptance (OAT), ensuring programme remained on schedule. Designed and implemented defect and test management utilising JIRA XRay. Managed UAT across lending operations and technology teams, with global development and test centres. Managed UAT script creation and high level execution coordination covering 400+ requirements with MoSCoW analysis, 1500+ test cases and execution runs. Owned testing relationship with core downstream systems from Risk, Finance, Treasury, and payments to support full end to end testing.
