ABOUT TONY FITZPATRICK

An experienced HR professional with a broad range of skills and experience in both the Public but prodominantly Private sector. Currently managing four teams supplying HR advice and guidance to four well known clients. Previous experience of working within the Building Maintenance/Facilities Management sector, Public Private Partnerships with the MOD, four years spent within the Port industry which includes the Transport and Logistics Sector. I specialise in managing dedicated HR Teams delivering ER guidance to a number of well known clients.My current employer AdviserPlus is the leading UK provider of outsourced Employee Relations advisory services and strategic HR consulting. Our solutions also include cloud based and mobile enabled HR portals and employment policy content, HR case management applications and HR analytics technology.Our outsourced ER services, consulting and technology provide a quantifiable ROI supported by evidence based MI. We achieve this by increasing line manager and employee performance, reducing the cost of delivering HR services and reducing operational risk, whilst enabling policy and legislative compliance.
