ABOUT TONY FAVORITO
I’ve had the distinct pleasure of creating, designing, and problem-solving toys & product development throughout my career. It’s been a real highlight to see children’s smiles when they play with toys that my teams and I spent so much effort crafting for them to enjoy. I’ve led many teams through toy, software, and product development to create wonderful play experiences and leave lasting memories. My work has been focused primarily on preschool aged children based on extensive research and collaboration with cross-functional development teams. Each item, project or program has not only been crafted and focused for play value, but also focused on financial goals leading to company results.My experience & leadership has extended far beyond my individual design teams. The dynamic nature of my job enabled me to work closely with all critical disciplines at the company including executive leadership, sales, manufacturing, advertising & PR, packaging, prototype creation, engineering and marketing.
