I started out as a general laborer in the warehouse and worked up to the manager’s position. As Warehouse Manager I’ve worked with a team of 15, dedicated employees, I have served as the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the warehouse with a focus on excellence in customer service that has been second to none in our industry. Our first goal is to get our orders right, every time, while striving to improve the quality of our product and the overall presentation. I also supported relationship management with our clients: Key Grips, Rigging Grips, Lead Riggers, Stunt Coordinators, Lighting Companies and Production Companies to find solutions that suit their individual needs. In this position I have been required to place ads for job openings, conduct interviews, staff hiring, employee performance reviews, disciplinary action (when required) and employee termination when necessary. I have been required to help with driving responsibilities such as operating vehicles from our fleet and rentals which include a 26\' Hino stake bed truck, 24\' Freightliner box truck, 16\' GMC Box Van, Ford F-350 Dually (pulling a 16\' trailer), forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, Gradeall forklifts. I frequently also load and offload a variety of trucks including tractor trailers. Other responsibilities include scheduling our drivers for deliveries & pick-ups (24 hours a day 365 days a year) and scheduling truck and forklift maintenance.
