Hello, I\'m Tony Dix, the General Manager of Fish Window Cleaning in Colorado Springs. With 24 years of dedicated service at Fish Window Cleaning, I have cultivated a deep passion for brightening our clients\' days one window at a time. Our mission is to deliver impeccable window cleaning services that enhance the clarity and beauty of both commercial and residential properties. I have always had an interest in digital marketing, and I have had a registered company with the Colorado Secretary of State for a dozen years or more. With the growth of AI, that has taken over I found myself being in the right place at the right time towards the end of 2025 and meeting with some influential people that work in AI here in Colorado Springs, I realized that there was a gap for what changes small businesses needed to make in their online visibility. As my slogan says, “You see your business one way, AI sees your business another way.” There is no doubt that SEO is important. The way AI searches for a reliable answer I saw a gap. Over the start of 2026 I have created an AI visibility assessment for one’s business. This is an in-depth assessment of your business covering over 100 basic business visibility points. Then depending on what sort of business you are conducting, an additional 30 to 50 points are added to the assessment. Being fortunate to be in the window cleaning business, I had a great model to work with. What does AI look for when picking a window cleaning business? It was very enlightening to say the least. It’s great we are the largest and the best, but if we are not putting out why AI should trust us, then we might stay invisible to AI forever. I soon started receiving interest from other industries and so came the birth of newer and different modules that get added onto the basic visibility assessment.
