The secret to career success is all about fit! In most cases, people are unaware of their uniqueness. Their work is not optimized to leverage their uniqueness, resulting in a suboptimal fit. Therefore, most employees and teams are not operating at peak performance. Evidence of this is clear from annual research that has found dismal employee engagement over the past 25 years. Organizations are not getting the most out of their people, which inhibits growth. Natural Roles, LLC was founded to unleash the massive latent potential of the current workforce by enabling employees to customize their work to their uniquely powerful talent, passion, purpose, and values. Led an effort to start the Hudson Valley Startup Fund (HVSF), the first managed seed capital fund supporting the seven counties in the Hudson Valley region just north of New York City. HVSF brings together 62 well-respected business leaders/angel investors with entrepreneurs to support local, high-growth startups in the critical early stage of development. HVSF provides entrepreneurs with seed capital, mentors, and a valuable network of resources locally, nationally, and internationally. We have invested $4M in 15 Hudson Valley startups.
