About Tony Demartino

Tony is a Founding Partner of Pallas Advisors and Co-Founder of Xiphos Solutions with extensive experience across innovative technologies, strategic planning, dual-use companies, and government. In alignment with his deep commitment to having a positive impact on national security, using best practices from military planning, he works with private-sector companies to achieve their business goals and to accelerate the integration of technology into the national security community. Concurrently, he is dedicated to the education of the next generation of national security professionals which is the founding principle of Pallas Foundation. Drawing on his experience across the national security ecosystem, Tony also identifies and invests in emerging technologies with promising national security use cases through Pallas Ventures. Tony is on the Board of Advisors for Morpheus Space, a leader in electric propulsion systems; serves on the board of UV Angel, a company specializing in ultraviolet light technology; and The Science Advisory board for Washington and Lee University; as well as an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for New American Security.
