I\'ve spent my career solving one problem: how do you deliver high-quality, human-centered care at home, efficiently and at scale? My path from clinician to SVP has taken me through care delivery, operations, data and analytics, payer strategy, and enterprise growth, navigating payment model transformations and some of the most significant periods of change the industry has seen (PDGM, value-based care, Medicare Advantage). Currently at Humana\'s CenterWell Home Solutions, I lead strategy, growth, payer contracting, and business development across CenterWell Home Health and OneHome.I\'m driven by a simple belief: the best care happens at home.
