Immediate needs were to; develop long term cold storage solution, complete implementation of the MRP system and establish a S & OP process with goal of driving down inventories. Ensure organizations are staffed appropriately and processes/procedures are scalable. Ensure suppliers are scalable for current and future business requirements with appropriate risk analyses for each.
