Hello, my name is Tony Casebolt, and I currently provide strategic leadership in the planning and implementation of quality-based Service initiatives serving as the Vice President, Global Services for Spacelabs Healthcare, a company offering patient monitoring sales and service to hospitals globally. Most of my 30+ year medical career I provided management/services for Elekta, Inc, a company offering equipment and technical support for radiation therapy and other cancer treatment methods.In addition to my 30+ years of experience in service management, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance, I’ve demonstrated expertise in the successful recruitment and development of cross-functional teams while also utilizing trusted practices in cultivating and maintaining longstanding business relationships. In turn, I’ve been consistently recognized for high adaptability in fast-changing technical environments, as well as competencies in the sales and marketing of service agreements and equipment upgrades.Over the course of my longstanding career history with Elekta, I’ve provided the following special contributions that highlight my unique qualifications:During my time as Regional Service Manager, I designed and presented a new service reorganization to senior management to attract more customers and boost employee morale, subsequently lowering the then-current FSE turnover rate from 10-15% to less than 2%.While employed as Director of Field Service, I increased customer satisfaction and service revenue—and improved operating margin—by instituting a self-developed remote service plan.Lastly, in my aforementioned VP role, I oversaw detailed profit and loss (P&L) for approximately $259M in revenue—and around $52m in expenses—covering the company’s North American region.I’ve also held prior positions with Oncology Therapies, Philips Medical Systems, LTV Aerospace, and the U.S. Air Force.
