As a Consulting Support Engineer, I lead a technical support team while ensuring secure and compliant IT operations within the organization. My primary responsibilities include: Providing leadership to a technical support team, resolving complex issues, and facilitating staff development through training. Collaborating with the Security team to ensure a secure and compliant IT infrastructure. Guiding the administration and optimization of key technologies including Azure AD, Cisco Webex, SharePoint and Exchange Online, and VMware vCenter. Managing a variety of network devices to ensure consistent performance, uptime, and implementing an effective asset tracking system. Overseeing IT vendor relationships for the procurement and implementation of solutions, and driving IT projects to improve systems and processes.
