Along this time I have earned some serious experience with thousands of Buyers and Sellers. My professional experience in Real Estate started back in 1985 but my passion for Real Estate started when I was a kid. Remember back in the day when your parents said,\"So long as you are in my home, you\'ll do things my way.\" Well, I couldn\'t wait for the day to buy my own home and was blessed with the opportunity in 1982, just 2.5 months out of college. I so enjoyed improving and maximizing the potential of my first Home and seeing the fruits of my labor.it didn\'t hurt that it was a multifamily home that paid for itself! Since that day I recognized the potential of Real Estate and passed the Real Estate exam on the 1st try back in 1985. Since then, I have helped thousands of Buyers and Sellers realize the opportunity of Home-Ownership.it\'s security, it\'s tax benefits, rental income, profit and the security of building equity. Along the way, I have assisted many by networking with other contractors to help improve and enhance the homes and investment properties purchased by my customers.
