Avera Mckennan Hospital, Sioux Falls, SDScheduling Health Informaticist(RN), 20••••15Was the lead in the implementation of Meditech’s scheduling module to Mckennan’s 17 regional sites that I oversaw throughout South Dakota. This included getting staff and physician buy-in of new Meditech software called HOLDQ, I managed the full implementation and go-lives, trained all staff in the new process, and resolved any issues in a timely and appropriate fashion. All sites now have appropriate staff trained with super trainers that are in charge of training new employees.
