I hold a Master of Science in Administration (Human Resources), a Bachelor of Science in Community Development, an aPHR® certification from HRCI, and an HR Generalist Certificate.I’m a Human Resources Specialist and Adjunct Professor with experience in higher education, healthcare, and hospitality. At Yavapai College, I focus on employee relations and leave management, while also teaching management and leadership courses. My background in education, healthcare, HR, and hospitality has strengthened my ability to balance policy with empathy—supporting both organizational goals and employee well-being.
