As the Director Of Operations for First Watch Restaurants, I oversee the operational excellence and financial performance of locations across the greater Cincinnati area.I work with a team of managers,and general managers to ensure that our restaurants deliver high-quality food, service, and customer satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding our income and profit goals. I also support the development and implementation of new initiatives, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our operations. I work closely within our local communities to foster partnerships with great organizations that support our brand within our communities. With a passion to impact development of other leaders with focus on giving a platform for female leaders to grow in our company’s vision. With 17+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have developed strong skills in restaurant operations, operations management, income statements, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive culture for our employees, customers, and communities, I strive to uphold the values and mission of First Watch.
