Ms. Stephens is a senior human resources practitioner with over twenty years of progressive human resource experience including management consulting, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, retention strategy, employment law, employee relations, talent acquisition, EEO/affirmative action, training, diversity, and inclusion.Currently, Ms. Stephens plays the key leadership role in the creation of strategic talent management initiatives and the implementation of solutions that drive talent acquisition, talent assessment, employee engagement, development, succession planning, learning, and retention.In addition, Ms. Stephens is an expert with aligning people, tools, processes, systems, and programs in the disciplines of succession planning, HR planning, talent assessment, performance management, coaching and development planning, recognition, and competency identification.Ms. Stephens has provided leadership and managed the staff in all functional areas of human resources including budget responsibility for 60m.Specialties: Talent acquisition and retention strategies.
