Built the Global Project Management Office from the ground up, including team hiring and training, operating model design and standardized governance across 80+ completed enterprise initiatives. Championed early adoption of generative AI and automation tools. Designed and rapidly prototyped (low-code, AI-assisted using Cursor) an internal conference application to manage agendas, attendees, personalized schedules, award voting and post-event surveys. Led a small team to provide an in-person, enterprise AI Hackathon for 125 cross-functional team leaders to build fluency and reduce organizational fear / resistance to AI adoption. Evaluated potential platforms (Cursor, Vercel / V0, Cloudflare, Replit), assigned cross-functional teams, supported engineering leader in framework creation and facilitated during the event. Produced and managed conferences for corporate, business unit and sales leadership (150+ participants), leadership team meetings, acquired company kick-off meetings, user conferences (100–700 participants) and Corporate & Division summits. Acted as a stabilizing leader during periods of rapid change, competing priorities and organizational complexity, supporting executive decision-making with sound judgment and discretion.
