In partnership with the Chief of Staff, ensures good communication with clients, associates, field leadership, Central Team Support, and PetSmart, and partners with the PetSmart Store Director, Salon Manager, Training Manager and Pets Hotel Manager (if applicable) to optimize growth of both businesses.
