Design and execute experiments for method development of various projects including ddPCR (digit droplet), qPCR, ADA, PK, enzymatic activity, and total protein of tissues. • Multi-task between 2-4 different experiments and projects on a daily basis • Code in VBA and Excel to automate data analysis and processing for validation and sample analysis data transfers and reports • Write and finalize study/project specific methods and plans for validation and sample analysis and SOPs for maintaince and usage of various instruments • Train and mentor scientists in design and development of experiments, instrumentation, GLP documentation, data analysis, and data presentation for both PCR and LBA teams
