I am a member of the Product Owner tea, responsible for Lumen\'s Network as a Service (NaaS) product suite. These products are a set of layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity products that customers can order and configure through an online web portal. My main responsibilities are to work with Product Management to identify the business opportunities and turn them into functional requirements for development teams. I work with the teams to help them deliver the required functionality in a timely manner with high quality.
