With 13 years of experience in cable network operations, I am highly skilled at managing multiple projects, coordinating troubleshooting efforts across teams and departments, and leading training sessions.and having fun doing it! I appreciate people and organizations that foster growth and learning. I believe in taking ownership in delivering our personal best, while also contributing to a culture of support and camaraderie. As individuals, it drives us toward the betterment of ourselves and our communities. In business, it leads to the greater success of the workers, the company, and the clients. In my free time, I enjoy participating in community groups, both learning to and helping others to leverage Salesforce and other software. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about health & fitness, personal finance, film & storytelling, and occasionally fiddling around on a guitar or piano. I published a sci-fi novel in 2017, and I\'m currently working on the sequel!
