ABOUT TONY STACH

I help some of the most influential data, analytics, and AI leaders create the space they rarely get anywhere else. In my role as Community Program Manager for Gartner’s CDAO communities in Atlanta and Washington DC, I bring together executives who are shaping how the world thinks about data. My work focuses on understanding what matters most to leaders from organizations like Equifax, Bank of America, and Marriott, then building environments where they can learn from each other with clarity, honesty, and trust. The CDAO role is evolving quickly as leaders work to scale AI across the enterprise, strengthen data-driven culture, and build governance that gives the business confidence to move faster. I spend my time listening to where the pressure points are, finding the peers who have real experience to share, and curating conversations that feel meaningful rather than theoretical. Every interaction is designed to help members walk away with something that moves them forward, even if that progress comes from a single well-timed insight or a candid moment among trusted peers. What I value most is connecting people who understand the weight of leadership and the complexity of decisions at the top. My goal is to make sure every gathering feels relevant and grounded in real-world outcomes, and that each leader feels seen, supported, and surrounded by others who understand what it means to serve at this level. If you lead data, analytics, or AI at the enterprise level and believe in the power of shared insight, I am always ready to help you make the right connections.
