   Allstate Dealers Services (ADS) is a division of the Allstate Insurance Company. ADS specializes in finance and insurance products primarily sold in automotive dealerships via an independent agent salesforce, with annual revenues exceeding $830M.• Tasked with creating a new Busines-to-Business (B2B) organization focused on the implementation and support of all partner-facing technologies, including mobility, websites, business intelligence, CRM and customer support• Created the vision and execution of a B2B mobile strategy, culminating with the delivery of Agent Central, an industry-first hybrid mobile app that provides a single location for all agent needs, resulting in improved agent satisfaction, productivity and retention.• Effectively utilized social media to create robust customer feedback loops in key areas, resulting in improved adoption of new technologies.• Launched a vendor certification program - improving our technology partners’ quality and consistency, with direct benefits to our customers• Implemented Notification Services, a single architecture for managing customer communications across all ADS areas of responsibility• Implemented our eContracting initiative.
