ABOUT TONY SHEARER

Senior Special Agent with over 32 years of combined local and federal law enforcement/leadership experience. Successful and adjudicated outcomes in Criminal, Counterterrorism and violent offender criminal enterprise investigations. Identified and led high performing teams for sophisticated investigative operations and high-stakes task force investigations covering Counterintelligence, International Terrorism, and Complex Criminal matters. Currently serve as Core Adjunct teaching faculty for the FBI and for international law enforcement counterparts overseas. Specialize in interview and interrogation techniques, threat assessments, human intelligence, leadership development, sophisticated investigative techniques, teambuilding and addressing violent crime through both effective strategies and partnerships.My core competencies include leadership development, FBI adjunct faculty/training/teaching, mentoring, critical incident response, and sophisticated investigative techniques. I am passionate about collaborating and partnering with international and domestic law enforcement agencies and stakeholders to advance our common goals and missions. I hold a master\'s degree in National Security Policy Studies and a bachelor\'s degree in liberal arts/Police Science.
