ABOUT TONY SENG

I\'m a Senior Software Engineer with about a decade of experience building scalable and reliable web applications. I\'ve worked in a variety of settings, from large financial institutions to smaller fintech and healthtech companies, which has helped me understand different ways of working and adapt to changing priorities and team dynamics.Over the years, I\'ve had the chance to contribute across the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deploying and maintaining systems. I’ve also taken on mentoring and technical leadership responsibilities, which I see as opportunities to learn just as much as to share.I enjoy writing clean, maintainable code and care about building systems that are easy to understand, test, and improve. I regularly work with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and React, but I’m always open to learning new tools or exploring better ways of solving problems.I try to approach each project with curiosity and a mindset of continuous improvement. There’s always more to learn, and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about working in this field.
