ABOUT TONY SCHLACHTER
Tony is a Partner in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services practice. He has more than 15 years of public accounting experience and has been a dedicated M&A specialist for the past 10 years. He advises financial and strategic buyers and sellers on due diligence and financial reporting aspects of transactions in a range of life sciences and health care sectors, in addition to the consumer, business services, and industrials industries. Prior to joining M&A, Tony spent five years in Deloitte’s audit practice. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of CPAs. Tony is conversationally fluent in German.
