Twenty five years Law Enforcement experience. Ten years with the Borough of Carteret, New Jersey, working as a Senior Police Officer, Field Training Officer and Detective, with special assignments within the Special Investigation Unit and Middlesex County SWAT Team. An additional 2 years as a Senior Correctional Officer for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. As well as 2 year as a Federal Police Officer for the Department of the Air Force.In addition, 14-years of multiple leadership positions (Airborne Infantry, Long Range Surveillance Assistant Team Leader, Quick Reaction Force Assistant Team Leader, Senior Scout, Infantry Squad Leader, Infantry Team Leader and Drill Sergeant) while serving active duty and reserve military service, with a combat tour in Iraq 2005. Possess exceptionally strong leadership abilities with outstanding organizational, planning and team building skills with a history of achieving successful results. Has the ability to think creatively, execute detailed plans, and forge strong relationships. Has a Master’s in Art in Criminal Justice Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Science, Leadership. Current Top-Secret security clearance sponsored by the Department of Defense, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
