   Operating in a fast paced and high stress environment. Manage and direct 8-30 employees and $1.5 million of equipment. Management of a full spectrum of operations; HRIS, employee relations and investigation’s. Work with and advise management on all levels to create HR policies and procedures; disciplinary actions; develop orientation, exit interviews, training and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; and handle HR generalist workplace issues. Key Results: Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization. Personal efforts were cited as the driving force behind successful reconstruction of three offices. Plan, coordinate, and analyze small to mid-size missions that contribute to large scale operations to meet and exceed corporate goals. Developed and delivered training product for a 536+ organization, equaling over hours of training. Streamlined office processes, tracking systems, and reduced turnaround time leading to a 30% efficiency increase and a zero loss rate. Received three awards for zero deficiencies during corporate and state inspections/ audits, the only office out of 25 others.
