As an Operations Manager at UMI Stone, I oversee the daily operations of the front office and warehouse, ensuring compliance with the company\'s rules, procedures, and relevant legislation. I coordinate logistics for local shipping, inter-company transfers, and collaborative operations with import agents and brokers, expediting shipping container arrivals at Jacksonville ports and to the facility. I strategically plan operations, estimate budgets, and conduct competitive analyses, driving big changes and growth for the company. I also manage CRM and IMS platforms, implementing SOPs and KPIs, and assigning jobs to the team to reduce workload and improve efficiency. I have a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, where I graduated summa cum laude and made the President\'s List and Dean\'s List. I am currently pursuing to further develop and attain my career goals. I have also earned multiple certifications in Advanced Leadership, Executive Leadership, and Career Planning from The National Society of Leadership and Success and LinkedIn continued learning and educational credits. I am passionate about leading cross-functional teams, creating and implementing robust strategies and programs, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. I excel at recruiting, developing, training, and supervising new hires, administering payroll, logistics, and HR functions, and facilitating continuous process improvement.
