Organizes the information and drafts appropriate responses for use in the negotiation with the owner/landlord and his/her counsel.• Negotiates the business terms of new leases, lease extensions and early termination agreements, as well as other documents incidental to occupancy by the tenant.• Prepares Authorization for Expenditures (AFE) seeking approval for a new lease, lease extension, renewal option, refurbishment project, office enlargement, on behalf of executive management.• Prepares an annual rent and other occupancy expense budget and monitors monthly expenditures as appropriate for all assigned customer-occupied projects.
