ABOUT TONY PEYRONEL
Currently working as a Business & Marketing Specialist for Impact Corry. Previously served as Edinboro University\'s Executive Director for Entrepreneurial Development, managing daily operation of the University\'s Center for Branding and Strategic Communication, part of the NWPA Innovation Beehive Network. Founding board member and past president of the Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). Author of Public Relations Primer, a new textbook published by Kendall Hunt. More than a decade of experience as a department chairperson at Edinboro, having led the former Department of Communication and Media Studies, the former Department of Journalism and Public Relations, and most recently, the Department of Music and Theatre. Selected to the 2012 class of the Scripps Howard Leadership Academy, hosted by the Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University. Before joining the Edinboro faculty in 1992, worked as a journalist and as a public relations writer and communication director at colleges and universities.
