A central analytical team supporting hospitals across England. Reporting to the Principal Analyst, I create large language model (LLM)-based solutions using the Palantir Federated Data Platform (FDP) and Azure AI. Applied techniques including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and Best Match 25 (BM25) ranking for search and information retrieval.Major Achievements:• Led development of business case for Palantir-based AI-enabled clinical coding system. As a Senior AI Engineer in this matrix team, I created a prototype in Palantir using Code Workspace, Code Repositories and Streamlit. Development of MVP begins in January and will run through March in collaboration with Palantir engineers and KPMG.• Developed a Palantir FDP–based virtual assistant prototype to analyse performance data and generate tailored recommendations using a curated library of quality improvement resources. This was developed using Code Workspaces, Code Repositories and Streamlit.• Created a secure Azure AI Foundry–based virtual assistant to analyse thousands of interview and survey responses for a national inquiry into maternity services, accelerating thematic analysis for clinical and policy teams.• Led development and implementation of Azure AI-based virtual assistant for the Model Health System benchmarking platform used by hospitals and integrated care boards across England.• Created interactive analytical tool using ChatGPT and Python that answers data questions using natural language to interrogate databases.
