After 9 months serving as an Executive Advisor to Altus Fire & Life Safety Services, I have joined them full time as the Sr. VP of Development. I will be developing and leading the effort to expand the business model for end user sales while optimizing the recurring revenue streams in all of our business units. ABOUT TONY PELUSO
I am a 40 year veteran of the Security, Fire and Life Safety industry where I spent most of my career as a Sr. Executive in profit center leadership roles. I enjoyed a very successful career in the full evolution of ADT Commercial, Tyco Integrated Security and Johnson Controls as they merged into a stand alone commercial integrator. In March of 2022, I began work as an independent Advisor and Consultant in the private equity space helping to develop M&A sourcing and business development platforms. I formed Pinnacle Performance Consulting shortly thereafter and began supporting select private equity partners in their quest to penetrate the Security and Fire space. I am working with both start up and legacy businesses to help transform their selling and operational performance disciplines. My background, extensive experience and expertise in leading large scale operations affords me the ability to be an excellent partner as a professional advisor and consultant.
