This online peer-reviewed journal strives to meet the research and scholarly needs of those who stewardships address the requirements of its online higher education clients. Our goal is to provide an online environment for supervisory boards, administration, staff, faculty, researchers, and students whom they serve, in which to network and collaborate towards the improvement of online higher education.The specific prominence we place upon this setting is the electronic dissemination of best practices associated with online higher education. The foundation of these colloquia is based upon the following four topics: Research, Theory, Practical Application, Innovative projects.
