About Tony Pearman

I develop strategic solutions for demanding brand challenges. Tony helped found Access to help organizations bring their brand potential to life by delivering an integrated approach to solving our clients’ problems. His 30+ years of professional experience guides our team through strategy, storytelling, cross-industry expertise, and exceptional client service. Tony chose the name Access because he wanted to break barriers between our clients and experts across all disciplines, having always believed that work is strongest when clients and teams collaborate as partners. He leans into opportunities to strengthen the value that Access brings to the world of advertising. While growing this business, his career path has also included stops as chair of the National ADDY Committee, a member of the national AAF Board of Directors, and time as an adjunct faculty member at Virginia Tech. Two of his most humbling professional achievements have been as a recipient of the AAF Silver Medal for lifetime contributions to the advertising industry and Outstanding Alumni of the Year for Virginia Western Community College. On a personal note, he is most proud of his amazing wife and two stellar kids. Specialties include: Brand Strategy, Video Storytelling, Creative Design, Public Relations, and Website Design.
