ABOUT TONY PAMBIANCO
My experience lies within the ophthalmic medical device space, having worked for four start-up companies within my career. I have extensive knowledge in both the selling of high end capital equipment and medical devices in the refractive, ophthalmic space. Most recently, I brought the KAMRA inlay for presbyopia to market throughout the east coast. Throughout the launch, the territory generated the most revenue in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Prior to that, I launched the LENSAR refractive laser during the approval of laser cataract surgery.Specialties include- Vast experience in cash pay procedures within the ophthalmic space- Clinical and surgical training within the refractive suite- Work with C-level personnel and decision making surgeons to integrate new technologies- Product development working with Refractive coordinators, both internal and external marketing personnel, nurses, and administrators- Communication with private equity ophthalmic personnel on how to integrate and grow cash paying ophthalmic procedures- Large database of contacts and key personnel at my tips throughout the East Coast, including strong relationships with key KOL within the industry.
