I manage a team that specializes in government and utility infrastructure projects. Our focus is on providing best value for clients with our designs and services. We listen to what the client wants, and we work with them to make it successful within their budget. Recent emphasis has been on resiliency and sustainability. We strive to implement renewables in a way that both saves energy and also increases reliability. A central focus to the team is based on mentoring and growing leaders within the organization. This approach requires investment but provides the best long term success. It allows for greater breath & depth, allows us to perform larger projects, and increases our bandwidth when needed by specific clients.
