ABOUT TONY PACHECO

I’ve spent the last decade+ in the dental / medical world, growing sales, building strong teams, and helping deliver smarter solutions for patients and providers. In my current role as Sales Team Leader and Senior Regional Director of Sales for the Prosthetic & Implant Division at Panthera Dental, I lead a fantastic group across the US, supporting them in hitting goals and making an impact.I’m big on coaching and mentorship—helping people grow is one of the best parts of what I do. I believe that when you support your team and lead with trust, the results follow. I work hard to create a culture where learning, ownership, creativity and collaboration thrive.Growing up in and around the punk rock scenes of Flint and Detroit, Michigan, I was deeply influenced by the values of both \"Do It Yourself\" and \"Do It Together\". That environment taught me the importance of resourcefulness, initiative, and staying true to your values—while also emphasizing the power of community, collaboration, and shared success. These principles have stuck with me throughout my professional journey, shaping how I lead teams, solve problems, and drive results. I’ve found that the best outcomes happen when people are empowered to take ownership, but never feel like they have to go it alone.Always open to sharing ideas, learning from others, and connecting with folks who care about doing great work in healthcare.
