I am employed by AMEC Foster Wheeler as the Mechanical Supervisor at the Conoco Phillips Theddlethorpe Gas Terminal Freon replacement project. Responsibilities include: The supervision of the mechanical construction team, consisting of Mech Fitters, Platers, Welders and Riggers. Organisation of method statements, risk assessments and permits. Tracking and reporting of progress and liaising with client and vendor supervision.I have a wide range of experience in mechanical construction, Pre-commissioning and commissioning of plant and equipment. Locations include Gas and oil terminals, Power Stations, Refineries, Gas storage facilities and Construction Yards, duties include but not limited to the Installation and refurbishment of Compressors both gas and air, gas and steam turbines, Boilers, Balance of Plant, Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps and associated valves, pressure vessels and heat exchangers, reverse osmosis equipment, alignment of rotating equipment, pressure and leak testing. I pride myself in my attention to detail and work ethic, completing the works in a safe and efficient manner to specification. I am willing to work offshore and overseas.I believe my knowledge and experience would be an asset to potential employers.
