Key Responsibility- Site Leader/Branch oversight to coordinate, manage, and lead all site activity.\\\\n- Branch P&L oversight/management within Direct to Consumer/Retail hybrid business model.\\\\n- Oversight of Marketing and Vendor Relations for the Branch\\\\n- Responsible for directing monthly marketing budget.\\\\n- Responsible for setting all Branch Pricing Margins and loan revenue\\\\n- Work closely with Chief Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance of Branch\\\\n- Oversight of CRM to ensure marketing/lead flow is distributed daily and is converting as cost effective\\\\n- Responsible for employee compensation modeling and rollout (All Branch Staff)\\\\n- Oversight of recruiting, training/development, onboarding and offboarding all staff in the Branch.\\\\n- Oversight of Branch loan pipeline in conjunction with VP of OPS.\\\\n- Work closely with Corporate EVP of UW to maintain relationships with our U/W, and funding partners\\\\n- Work directly with VP of HR to ensure company policies and procedures are in line for the branch.\\\\n- Work closely with SVP of Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets for product offerings and margin accuracy\\\\n- Deliver and review monthly site projections and reports to President and CEO\\\\n- Lead, train, and manage daily activities of Production Managers and support staff to drive and deliver results\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
