Delivering strategic leadership to construction team of 16 employees on Armada platform for installation of two additional flow lines for two new wells, I supervise various operations of projects, which contained replacement of entire diesel system pipework on Lomond and Everest platforms. In this role, I oversee installation of additional lifeboat on Lomond, installation of additional strengthening steelwork davit arms, blast walls, and walkways. Some highlights of my achievement in this role include:• Performed tasks reassessment and led rope access team, which achieved over £30K saving for client.• Spearheaded several projects and shutdowns between three assets, including Armada, Lomond, and Everest, ensuring successful delivery within time, under budget, and ahead of schedule.• Installed additional lifeboat on Lomond platform with a £1.2M reduction in cost from previous lifeboat installations while serving as key member of supervision and management team.
