Senior executive, advisor, and founder with experience spanning Indigenous governance, institution building, economic and capital strategy, and advancement of complex multi-party opportunities. My work sits at the intersection of governance, investment, and long-term development, with a focus on advancing initiatives involving governments, Indigenous organizations, institutional partners, and private-sector proponents. My experience includes market-shaping and opportunity assessment, multi-stakeholder partnership structuring, alliance building, strategic convening, intergovernmental relations, complex negotiations, and long-term value creation. In addition to my role as Deputy Executive Director with Lac des Mille Lacs First Nation, I am Founder and President of Horizon Seven and Principal of the First Nations Investment Forum, where my work focuses on supporting nation-led initiatives, strengthening strategic relationships, and expanding Indigenous participation in institutional-quality investment opportunities.
