I lead TRL’s India business while steering multi-country software and advisory programmes across Asia and Africa. My hybrid brief lets me balance two passions: growing a high-performing India hub—working closely with Group finance on revenue, margin and cash goals—and diving deep into the toughest technical challenges in roads and safety.What I do: Build & grow teams – expanded TRL India from a start-up liaison office into a multi-disciplinary team that now deliver projects in Asia & Africa. Win work that matters – craft bid strategy and team reviews that have secured multi-crore assignments funded by ADB and World Bank. Deliver with precision – safeguard on-time, on-margin execution of a live portfolio of software and technical advisory projects in Asia & Africa Champion digital road safety & climate resilience incorporated asset management – lead roll-outs of iMAAP (crash-data management system) and iROADS (climate-smart asset management system), helping clients target Vision-Zero and net-zero outcomes.What I bring: 26 years in highways across the UK, India, East Africa and South/ Southeast Asia. End-to-end expertise in road asset management, Safe-System road safety and project-delivery finance interfaces.
