Emergency Response lead and Coordination• Operating VHF communications with all vessels across the three wind parks and technicians • Auditing vessels in accordance with G+ and IMCA standards • Vessel, personnel and communication tracking, via Vattenfall site system • Writing and publishing notice to mariners • Issuing personnel inductions, and vessel welcome packs (containing site and Emergency information) • Monitoring weather in real time and looking ahead to assist with planning future work• Manage access restrictions to the turbines (opening and closing AWPs, work permits, permissions) • Organising maintenance of radio equipment • Liaise with local stakeholders • Maintaining records of marine and aviation aids to navigation and report accordingly • Monitoring fuel usage on vessels • Creating transfer plans Monitoring vessels/personnel working offshore and coordinating the working schedules of various Contractors.• Monitoring the permit to works system to minimize simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).• Main point of contact for all offshore operations and contractors.• Outlining requirements to ascertain information, record keeping and submission of reports.• Coordinating vessel and helicopter traffic between local ports and airports in/around the O&M sites.• Ensuring and reviewing the emergency response plans, fit for purpose and implementation. • MCC for all vessels engaged across multiple sites, during all operations, activities including Main component exchanges, survey works and cable replacement operations. • Facilitating effective team communication and seamlessly adapted to additional responsibilities.• Contributing actively to continuous improvement projects, enhancing operational efficiency.• Ensuring set goals are achieved working as a team member and on own initiative.• Implementing and supporting effective working practices and systems as required to improve work scope delivery.
