I have spent my professional career within the private sector and made a conscious decision to join the management team of the Profound Group in 2016. Having previously established a relationship with The Profound Group it was an easy decision to make because the team really do make a difference to employers and their people.We are proud that in 2016, Profound celebrated 10 successful years delivering a high quality funded Apprenticeships/Traineeships/Advanced Learner Loans and commercial courses. Our professional and caring team can help you to create a career path for your valued people who you would like to develop and recruit young apprentices who are keen to establish a successful career with a local employer. We are a prime in our own right, we provide a consultative service to employers and that gives confidence should you be looking to engage in a relationship with a trusted training partner and a safe pair of hands. Over the next few months we are helping our clients to prepare for changes that the Levy will have on their business from April 2017. We are a commercially focused team who listen and understand your people development needs and bring to life a quality delivery process that will make a significant difference to your valued employees professional development and add value to your business’ aims.
