Developed the enterprise-wide milestone plan and provided oversight across the impacted businesses and functions to implement the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the successful launch of the public-facing Citi Privacy Hub website\\\\n- Currently lead the enterprise-wide implementation of the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), providing PM oversight and status reporting over a portfolio of several programs representing the core businesses and functions\\\\n- Created and implemented the governance framework for the CPRA initiative, including change management process and roles and responsibilities\\\\n- Oversaw the creation of programs for each impacted business and function, including identification of senior sponsors, assignment/hiring of Program Managers, creation of project plans and development of status reporting templates\\\\n- Partner with the core businesses, Technology, HR, Risk, Legal and Compliance to define requirements, brainstorm solutions and drive key decisions\\\\n- Identify, develop and track risks, issues and dependencies\\\\n- Facilitate and develop meeting materials for Leadership Team and Steering Committee meetings\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
