IT Business Analyst - Information TechnologyProvide top flight business analysis of client reporting needs. Analyze client reporting requests and data needs providing report SQL queries and working with developers to create or update reports. Primary point of contact for ad hoc inquires from internal and external parties regarding any issues client reporting related. Research Oracle PLSQL stored procedures, packages, and report logic to identify source issues when errors have been reported. Work with developers to create / update reporting code logic.Supervisor – Cash & Collateral Management Provide oversight of Cash and Collateral Management teams, covering cash management processes, derivative collateralization, and repo desk operations. Oversight of cash management team responsible for allocating billions of dollars in overnight investments, borrowing cash via repo market, monitoring cash across hundreds of accounts for cash flows, overdrafts, and appropriate sweep vehicles. Oversees collateral management operations of various derivative products, including TBA’s, Swaps (Bi-lateral and Cleared), Futures & Options, and Repo. Effectively train new and existing staff on procedures for cash management / repo / collateral management.Manages team training and competency schedules for new/existing staff; ensuring quality in training and ensuring operational risk exposure.1st escalation point for the team.Workflow processes to reduce potential risks of errors and increase efficiency.Creates/maintains performance metrics / KPI reporting for Sr. Management review.Manages projects and coordinated senior management updates on strategic initiatives.Short Term Investment Fund (STIF) rates database & Bloomberg Treasury Management Systems/TRM (research, database management)
