Supervise and mobilize high-quality performance from two performance teams – North American Retail Performance (Houston) and North American Institutional Performance (Louisville). The team has eleven professional ranging from Analyst to Manager. • Have led numerous performance system upgrades and implementations, including Confluence Fundstation System Upgrade, Performa (GIPS Performance) implementation and the Eagle Pace Performance implementation. Each project involved testing over products for performance accuracy. • Administer and optimize daily activities related to fund performance calculations, competitive/ industry analysis, risk oversight reporting, portfolio management presentations, and literature reviews and authorizations. • Ensure AIM’s compliance with GIPS by building and maintaining investment Composites and being the primary contact for the verifying firm. • Maintain, update, audit and utilize databases including Lipper (LANA), Morningstar, Bloomberg and Confluence Fundstation • Serve as Chairman of the Global GIPS Steering Committee, holding responsibility for the annual verification for the Invesco Worldwide Global Firm. • Played a key role on the team that brought the Invesco US mutual fund business into GIPS compliance. • Charted successful course for the integration of performance function for three major mergers: Van Kampen Invesco Merger • Led the integration of performance for all portfolios into Invesco. • Merged GIPS firms, including building performance and writing and modifying disclosures. • Over 500 funds were merged totaling $119 Billion. Oppenheimer Merger • Spearheaded the integration into Invesco of performance all portfolios. • Wrote and modified disclosures and built performance as part of GIPS firms merger. • Over 900 funds were merged totaling $214 Billion. Powershares ETF • Directed the integration of performance for Exchange Traded Funds into the Invesco Performance systems and functions.
