I built this company to change that pattern.I design and deliver evidence-based leadership programs for technical professionals stepping into management for the first time. ABOUT TONY JOE ZAMORA
I\'ve spent 22 years building and managing network systems for the Air Force, both stateside and overseas. Somewhere along the way I realized the hardest problems I kept running into weren\'t technical. They were people problems. Communication breakdowns, new managers thrown into roles with no training, teams that couldn\'t have an honest conversation without it turning into a fight.That\'s why I started Raíz y Razón. I wanted to give new leaders, especially technical professionals making the jump to management, what most of them never get: a real framework for how to lead people, not just manage tasks.At AFRL, I work as a Senior IT Enterprise Architect and Portfolio Manager. I spend my days translating complex technical needs into solutions that actually make sense for the people on the ground. That work taught me everything I know about bridging the gap between what an organization needs and what the people inside it are actually experiencing.Through Raíz y Razón, I design and facilitate leadership development programs, 90-day onboarding for newly promoted managers, and team mediation for organizations working through conflict or transition. I built the curriculum from scratch around something I call the Origin Point Framework, which focuses on self-mastery, communication, delegation, and culture.I also act and model on the side, because I\'ve never been someone who fits neatly into one box.I\'m based in Albuquerque.
